Greg is the President of BYG, INC.   For 23 years, Greg has served as a Trustee and Monitor, during a number of major transactions, specializing in assuring the successful planning of the transition from seller to buyer. Greg has played a key role in some of the largest merger/ mandated divestiture transactions in recent history.   A career organizational design and effectiveness consultant with extensive experience in both mergers, acquisitions and business operations implementation, Greg is a former Executive Vice President of  the Institute of Management Resources and Practice Leader with Deloitte & Touche's Human Capital Group.  He has extensive work experience as a management consultant specializing in strategic alignment, leadership development, organization effectiveness and process re-engineering.   Greg has served the oil & gas, aerospace defense, high tech electronics, manufacturing, health care, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries, both as a member of management and as a consultant.  He was selected for "Who's  Who in the West" in the '84-'85 and '86-'87 editions.  

Kevin is a Principal with BYG, INC., specializing in information technology. Kevin has served as a Trustee or Monitor in a number of divestitures, focusing on the transition of information services and on assuring the separation of data between merged entitles and the business units being divested.  A former Principal with Perot Systems and Gemini Consulting, Kevin has significant experience in a number of mergers  during which he focused on the planning of the transition of information  systems and the development of transition services agreements.  He has prior experience in the financial systems area with the former Price Waterhouse.  Kevin has served the insurance, financial services, high tech electronics, energy, health care, and the manufacturing industries. 

Chris is a Principal with BYG, INC., specializing in monitoring the transition of operations from the seller to the buyer.  He has  played a key role in both monitoring compliance and in developing  workable solutions that meet the intent and the requirements of the  regulatory authorities involved.  Chris is a former Senior Vice  President with the Schrudder Performance Group, Vice President at  Rutherford Consulting, and Senior Principal with Gemini Consulting. He  has prior experience in operations improvement, mergers and  acquisitions, and strategy development.  Chris has served the energy,  manufacturing, and healthcare industries. 

Kerry is a Principal with BYG, INC., specializing in monitoring the handover of supply chains, manufacturing, customer service, and operations from selling firm to buyer.  Kerry has an extensive background in operations consulting, supply chain strategy, manufacturing, and executive leadership within the Fortune 500.  He has held operations leadership positions from the shop floor to the executive suite for household-name firms in the manufacturing, food processing and mining industries. He has also been a long-term consultant to companies in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, utilities, automotive, consumer products, food and beverage, transportation, warehousing, electronics, building products, and other industries. Kerry helped establish supply chain operations practices at two leading consulting firms and served as president and founding partner of a supply chain strategy consulting firm that served over sixty of the largest companies in North and Central America, Europe, and Asia.

Dain is a Manager with BYG, Inc., specializing in operations and financial analysis and monitoring the transition of operations from the seller to the buyer to assure the business undergoing a transition in ownership remains competitive.  Dain has served roles in the Healthcare Industry, Energy Industry, and more recently the Banking/Finance Industry.  Dain's Mechanical Engineering Degree from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, has better enabled him to address some of the more pressing challenges encountered in his career.  

Kenneth  is  a Manager with BYG, INC., specializing in compliance  during the provision of transition services.  Having served as both a Held Separate Trustee and Monitor in major transactions, Kenneth has  played a key role in developing key performance indicators in order to  analyze financial and operating results to assure the business  undergoing a transition in ownership remains competitive.  He is a  former Senior Principal at Infosys and  Senior Consultant with Deloitte  & Touche.  Kenneth has served the energy, healthcare, and the  financial services industries.
