Greg is the President of BYG, INC. For more than 26 years, he has served as a Trustee and Monitor on numerous major transactions, specializing in the successful planning and execution of transitions from seller to buyer. Greg has played a key role in some of the largest merger and mandated divestiture transactions in recent history.
A seasoned organizational design and effectiveness consultant, Greg brings extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business operations implementation. He previously served as Executive Vice President of the Institute of Management Resources and as a Practice Leader in the Human Capital Group at Deloitte & Touche.
Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in strategic alignment, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and process re-engineering. His broad industry experience includes oil and gas, aerospace and defense, high technology electronics, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and pharmaceuticals, both as a management executive and as a consultant.
Alex is a Vice President with BYG, INC. He obtained his law degree at The George Washington University. He has served as Legal Consultant to BYG, INC. for over 30 years and in that capacity he advises BYG, INC. in the many diverse legal issues that arise in their work with their clients and plays a key role in monitoring compliance in the regulatory and financial areas. He formerly was Vice President-General Counsel of Alexander Proudfoot Company, a premier international operational consultancy, as well as a partner in a major international law firm. His background includes advising major consultancies in their legal affairs and has focused on mergers & acquisitions, securities laws and offerings, finance and banking matters, contracts, competition law, intellectual property and employment issues. His clients’ projects have included telecoms, mining, oil & gas, automotive, manufacturing, health care, aerospace, financial services, and information systems. He has served as general counsel to the Institute of Management Consultants and has published extensively.
Chris is a Vice President with BYG, INC., specializing in monitoring the transition of operations from the seller to the buyer. He has played a key role in both monitoring compliance and developing workable solutions that meet the intent and the requirements of the regulatory authorities involved. Chris is a former Senior Vice President with the Schrudder Performance Group, Vice President at Rutherford Consulting, and Senior Principal with Gemini Consulting. He has prior experience in operations improvement, mergers and acquisitions, Information Technology, and strategy development. Chris has expertise in addressing complex business issues in supply chain and change management across the pharmaceutical, oil/gas/chemicals, manufacturing, healthcare, food processing, telecommunications, and construction industries.
Kerry is a Principal with BYG, INC., specializing in monitoring the transfer of supply chains, manufacturing, customer service, operations, and task automation, from the selling firm to the buyer. Kerry has an extensive background in operations consulting, supply chain strategy, manufacturing, applications of technology to automate operations, and executive leadership within the Fortune 500. He's held operations leadership positions from the shop floor to the executive suite for household-name firms in the manufacturing, food processing, and mining industries. He's also served as a consultant to companies in food and beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, utilities, consumer products, transportation, electronics, and other industries. Kerry and his team designed and managed a software package used by more than 60 Fortune 500 companies for strategic planning and operations scheduling, from these firms’ sourcing through the manufacturing and logistics networks to final delivery to customers. Kerry helped establish supply chain operations practices at two leading consulting firms and served as president and founding partner of a supply chain strategy consulting firm that served over sixty of the largest companies in North and Central America, Europe, and Asia.
Jeff is a Principal with BYG, Inc., specializing in multi-functional operations examination, financial analysis and monitoring of seller to buyer transition of business and operations assuring the business ownership, operation and competitive advantages transfer. Jeff has served industry roles in Defense Programs, Aerospace, Information Technologies, Financial Banking, Contracts and Procurement, Facilities Operations and Organizational Development. Jeff’s broad education, training and experience enables him to examine, evaluate and contribute to outcomes for business leadership. Jeff's skill-set includes Electro/Mechanical Design; Project Management Operations and Execution; Program Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting; Lean Six Sigma Analysis and Practices; Command Media Controls (information architecture, decision execution, monitoring, and Strategic Communication); Data and Permissions Architecture; and Subcontracts Methodologies, Implementation, Execution, and Monitoring.
Les is a Principal with BYG, Inc. With more than thirty-years involvement in supply chain optimization, data analytics, and management consulting, including design and implementation of process improvement, automated reporting systems integration and continuous improvement development, Les possesses extensive analytical, design, management and implementation experience with proven results from a breadth of domestic and international organizations. Les served twelve years as VP of Data Analytics at Maine Pointe consulting of Boston, specializing in network, warehouse and manufacturing footprint design, continuous improvement process development and development and maintenance of KPI reporting tools.
Les has performed extensive Pre and Post acquisition due diligence analysis for variety of Private Equity firms and as a part of monitoring assignments. Additionally, he has expert level skill-set data analytics, MS Office products, Tableau and other software reporting tools and a multitude of ERP systems experience including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
Dain is a Principal with BYG, Inc., specializing in operations and financial analysis and monitoring the transition of operations from the seller to the buyer to assure the business undergoing a transition in ownership remains competitive. Dain has served roles in the Healthcare Industry, Energy Industry, and more recently the Banking/Finance Industry. Dain's Mechanical Engineering Degree from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, has better enabled him to address some of the more pressing challenges encountered in his career.
Kenneth is a Manager with BYG, INC., specializing in compliance during the provision of transition services. Having served as both a Held Separate Trustee and Monitor in major transactions, Kenneth has played a key role in developing key performance indicators in order to analyze financial and operating results to assure the business undergoing a transition in ownership remains competitive. He is a former Senior Principal at Infosys and Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche. Kenneth has served the energy, healthcare, and the financial services industries.
